Do not book this property! Under property amenities it shows a playground, a bar/lounge, coffee shop, restaurant, snack bar and deli. None of these are on site. The playground is behind a nearby restaurant and not open until 7:30 for restaurant diners. All other amenities are on an adjacent property and you only have access to those by paying $60 per day per resident. This property is a square building of rooms with a courtyard in the middle with tables and seat cushions that are dirty and moldy. We were traveling with a toddler and the onsite amenities like the playground were our priority when booking. We stayed one night and made other arrangements and they refused to refund our remaining days. One bright spot was Bellomare Salvatore that tried his best but the missing amenities were out of his control.

The picture of the patio is beautiful but it’s dirty and no plants no flowers really not even close to the picture ! The room extremely hot when we arrived and the A/C did not work! They have a stand up fan because they know the A/C does not work! When I arrived the first thing they did was to charge me to park the car $15 euros on there property yard with lots of room “no need to do that when you are staying there” and is not a garage it’s just outside on there property !!! Everything is dirty and mismanaged!!! Will never stay there again !!!

Our stay at Villa Lampedusa Hotel & Residence was perfectly fine and actually better than we expected. We chose it because of its convenient location near the airport for the last night of a long trip, and it served that purpose well. The room and bathroom were both spacious and generally clean, although the property could benefit from some updating. It has a lot of potential with a few renovations. The entrance and parking area are a bit unusual. Parking is in a large dirt lot with little to no driving signage, which can be confusing when you first arrive. One highlight is the lively restaurant and event venue right next door, which had a great atmosphere during our stay. Aside from that neighboring venue, there isn’t much within walking distance, so the area can feel somewhat isolated. The hotel does have a pleasant courtyard where the rooms open onto shared outdoor space with tables, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, making it a nice place to relax. Breakfast is available in the reception area, where there are just a few small tables, but we weren’t able to try it because we had an early flight. We also got the impression that the property is not staffed around the clock. Other than during check-in, we didn’t see any staff members for the rest of our stay. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical choice for travelers looking for a convenient stay near the airport, with spacious accommodations and a few charming features despite needing some modernization.

Helt ok

Boendet var trevligt med ett stort och fint rum samt väldigt skön säng. Rummen har en rätt rustik känsla som vi uppskattade. Granne till hotellet finns en fantastisk pizzeria som definitivt är värd ett besök. Däremot fanns inte så mycket annat i närheten och man behövde åka en bra bit för att kunna uppleva något. Servicen på hotellet var rätt dålig, när vi bad om tips och råd i receptionen fick vi ett ointresserat bemötande och i princip ingen hjälp. Vi sökte rätt på den information vi behövde själva istället. Det är inte värt att ta frukost på hotellet, det fanns typ rostbröd och yoghurt.

Todo excelente excepto por el cobro de City tax de 5 euros por día por persona que no lo esperábamos y en la página no lo advierten . La recepción cierra por la noche así que si llegas después de las 9 pm hay un cobro extra de 20 euros , tampoco se advierte en la página . Pero de todo lo demás es excelente . La habitación es hermosa y muy amplia igual que el baño y la tranquilidad reina en el lugar

Best place to stay in Palermo

We had a wonderful stay in the Luxury Suites which are super nice and clean with good space. There is a calm nice ambience around the whole area. The staff is very small but nice and welcoming.
