We absolutely loved our stay at Suite Quaroni. We liked that it was right on a street where there is lots happening during the day and night. The cafe right outside our stay was awesome. Great customer service as well. Would stay here again.

Close to many sights! Very hard to reach by car and expensive parking. Miss breakfast but easy to find nearby. Good with coffee & tea facility in room.

Loved our stay at Suite Quaroni! Simone was a fantastic host. He helped us the entire time we were here - whether it was getting a taxi to Mondello Beach or getting recommendations for local areas! The place was extremely clean and comfortable and lovely. Definitely will stay here again if in Palermo! Beautiful place, beautiful city

Newly renovated, clean facilty. A bit nosy due to its central location. Check in needs to be scheduled, no staff was on site when we arrived a bit earlier than planned, but they arrived within 30 min.

Very central spot - not accessible by car but you can get very close (stone's throw). The service was great because they waited up for our late arrival from Bologna (delayed flight). Very clean and relaxed but no AC which forced us to open the windows and get bitten by mosquitoes. Other than that, a wonderful stay!

This is a bare-bones property which has no element of service -- but it is very conveniently located and properly maintained. That said, the maid ate the food that we were told was free (turns out they charge handsomely for snacks laid out on the counter) and we had to dispute that. Also the entry to the "suite" is dark and a bit sketchy, late at night. It is centrally located, which is great, but I would not stay there again.

The property is not at the address 290 Via Maqueda, it is hidden in a courtyard entrance next to BIGA Genio e Farina. Be wary of this. Amazing location right in the heart of the action, amazing cheap places to eat right on the door step. Good bus connections on Via Roma nearby and walkable to all the markets and sights. Only issue was that the aircon was not cool enough and the property does not give milk as part of its kettle drink set up. Use the buzzer and video contact when checking in out of hours. Prefer full time reception.

We stayed in the tower, room 105. Overall, Simone was awesome. Very helpful with check in, airport shuttle, etc. The location is super ideal, with easy walking access to all of the historic district. Unfortunately our room we was way too hot the first night and we were very uncomfortable. When we walked in, the thermostat read 26.7 Celsius (~80 F). We turned on the AC to the max setting, but it sits under a desk so the cold air doesn’t circulate. Throughout the night the room got down to 25.1 C (77 F) so we were baking all night. The window didn’t help cool down either. We wanted to cancel our stay that same morning and find a new hotel due to the sweltering heat of the room but the administration refused to issue a refund. Instead they gave us 2 fans, which should be a fixed staple in that room, to help cool things down. And that worked well. We stayed the rest of the time and had the opportunity to sleep at night. Outside the sweltering heat of the first night, everything else was fine. I would highly encourage Suite Quaroni to leave at least 1 fan in that room at all times, otherwise it will feel like an oven during your stay, particularly in the hotter months of the year.

One of the best places we stayed at in Sicily. Loved how modern and clean our room was. The soap, extra pillows and hot water made a big difference--something you don't normally think about. The bed was also very comfortable. Francesco was super helpful and friendly with our check-in and parking inside their garage. Driving thru the narrow alley streets of Palermo is definitely not for the faint of heart. I will caution that it is on the main street with tons of restaurants and is closed off to normal traffic. It's both a bonus and negative. Great for convenience of getting to all the major sites and very easy to walk around, but can be noisy at 3am when the drunks are outside your window chanting. The place does try very hard to be soundproof, but not their fault when drunks just get out of hand outside. We still enjoyed our stay very much!
