This property is right in the heart of Palermo, close to all the main sights. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our suite had a balcony and it was nice to sit out and watch the street below. Breakfast is a buffet style that you take out onto a little terraced area. Plenty of options to choose from. I would recommend this property if visiting Palermo.

Fantastic staff. Location hard to get to (centro storico, ZTL) but the staff helped guide us to the public parking located outside the ztl -- it required dragging our suitcases over cobble stones through the market, but we survived. Once we were settled, we really enjoyed the hotel with a super helpful and courteous staff.

Staff was SO very helpful- one of the sweetest and most friendly in Palermo! The hotel itself was full of charm and character - a palazzo once occupied by royals, and now converted into quaint and interesting rooms. It is centrally located and easy to access.

We were totally lost when we arrived tired in Sicily and the general manager came to our rescue- literally. Helped us find free parking, helped with permits, recommended beaches and even took the time to explain history of the area. We appreciated so much all the care and generosity she gave. Breakfast was fantastic too

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Palermo – Absolutely Wonderful! What a fabulous find! Palazzo Sant’Agostino is one of those wonderful hotels that takes you completely by surprise. From a fairly unremarkable street, you step through the doors into an absolutely beautiful, charming hotel. A real hidden gem! We were welcomed by the lovely Fanny, who couldn’t have been warmer or friendlier. Check-in was effortless, and we immediately felt at home. We stayed in the Panoramic Room as a family of four, and it was just perfect. Arranged over two levels in a charming duplex style, with gorgeous wooden-beamed ceilings, it was full of character and wonderfully comfortable. Everything was compact and bijou, thoughtfully arranged and, most importantly, spotlessly clean and in excellent working order. The housekeeping staff were fantastic, keeping our room beautifully serviced throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and a lovely way to start each day. The location is another huge plus. Perfectly situated for exploring Palermo’s magnificent old town, with its wonderful streets, markets, restaurants and historic sights all within easy reach. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the combination of its authentic Sicilian charm, beautiful surroundings and genuinely warm hospitality. It feels personal rather than impersonal, and every member of staff we encountered contributed to a truly lovely experience. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing.

we stayed for 3 nights in the upper floor apartment. Tastefully decorated and spacious with a very welcome outdoor patio space. Happy we found this accommodation, felt perfectly quite, restful, and secluded -away from the frenetic pace of the street markets a very short walk from your door. We shall return, just love Palermo. Thank you

Fanny and her staff were amazing. We would like to single out Andrea as being exceptional in all ways. All of his suggestions were spot on and he took the time to plan routes and restaurants and reminded us of the professor in Netflix’s Money Heist. Would definitely return.
