The room was spacious and immaculate. The staff is very welcoming and hospital. Upon arrival I was given a croissant and coffee and a box breakfast to go upon leaving for airport early. The front desk gentleman mapped out all the sites for my husband and I and was very friendly. I asked for an early check-in and was accommodated. This hotel is a great find and I highly recommend it. Great location. Great staff from front desk to the cafe staff.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for an extra 55Euro paid direct to the driver which was well worth it. We were warmly greeted on arrival and given cold refreshments while our bags were taken up to our room which was ready early. The room was very ample with everything you might expect and more punching above its rating. Breakfasts in the morning were divine and very well organised. Try not to have too much so that you leave room for street food later! The recommendations for places to go and eat were all spot on including making bookings on our behalf. Thank you Nini, Andrea and Laura. An excellent location and highly recommended.

Wow! We stayed at this amazing Boutique hotel in the center of everything in Palermo for three amazing nights. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. One of the wonderful things about the breakfast is it’s not a typical breakfast buffet, but you get to order what you want freshly made and delivered to you with a smile! The location of this property is perfect for exploring Palermo. The staff are always there and ready to help in whatever way they can. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Palermo area. It is an oasis in a crazy busy city!

We had a very nice stay for a 1-night break in Palermo. The location is perfect—walking distance to everything in the historic centre. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was exceptional; however, it would have been helpful to know in advance that menu items need to be selected before arriving in the morning in breakfast room. Once we sat down, the quality was top-tier. A beautiful boutique experience overall!
