Staff were super helpfull. Loved the continental breakfast - it was very good. Location good as easy walk to marina waterfront and about 10-15 minutes to opera house and open walking street with lots of restaurants and shops.

Good breakfast, plenty of variety. Spacious room, nice linen. Good location. Quiet area if you are on the east side. Rooms could do with a little more sound proofing, overall would stay there again.

The reception Mr Carlos very helpful. Give me the map and information for walking around. And patient to answer All my questions. Since I’m a solo traveler. I have thousands questions. Room was decent and good size. Location was easy to walking around. Breakfast was great. I like they make the fresh coffee to you. Not just ready sitting there. I have a great experience live there.

Kind staff, spacious and clean hotel

I loved this hotel, very spacious and clean and great location near the port but not too far from the central hustle and bustle of the city. The reception team was also very kind and allowed me to keep my luggage there to continue my trip to Filicudi and collect on my return. Very much appreciated 😊

Great location. Excellent rooms and service.

The street and view is not fancy but the rooms , service and everything was excellent. Very convenient to all tourist sites. The only negative was the so so breakfast. Great soundproofing blocking traffic outside.

Everyone was kind and helpful. They were very accommodating sine I arrived early an allowed me to get into my room. When I got there breakfast had ended and I was allowed to partake for a discounted even though it was not part of my stay. Jet lag made me late the second day and again they let me eat.

Good location (almost)... two details l didnt like

The hotel has good (geographical) location, very near the old town and just around the docks. But there is an inconvenient that follows the great location. If your room is facing the city it becomes very noisy at night and it might/will affect your sleep because the hotel is located just beside a noisy motorway and it is not possible to isolate the sound. Two miscomunication details struck me negatively. The parking place. I was not informed in advance that I had to reserve the parking slot, so I assumed I would have a lot to park in. But no. I just could use (pay) the hotel's parking space during two nights since another guest had already reserved it. The room key cards. I lost one of the three cards we got. My bad. But it didn’t seem a big issue, (as a frequent traveler I have lost a room key before). I was charged 15 Euro for that card. I mean, it is totally ok to pay for it, but it would be a good idea to be advised of the price/fine for loosing a key card in advance.

There was nothing special about the hotel. The staff was unfriendly. I was not aloud to have a guest in my room. The concierge through them out. Had to pay for water .The only place I had to do that. The room was too noisy from the traffic. Also I was told parking was provided but when I got there I was told to park on the street. All in all there was nothing good about the Hotel.
