Love Palermo

Awesome place in the centre of Palermo. Bed was so comfortable and great breakfast included. I was told I'd get 10$ ticket for food.. but never received. Would recommend for sure and would return.

The location is probably the best part about this property. It is close to most major attractions, and many restaurants and shops. At night on weekends it is incredibly loud because you are right above the major bars. The room was not good. The bathroom had so many things broken, and it was very small and dark. The breakfast was very good.

Good stay at Palazzo Sitano

The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful particularly when we needed help finding the starting point of the free walking tour (fully recommended by the way). We would go back..

Noisy and no aircon

Great location at the main street. Unfortunately our room was facing this street and with party every night we didn't get much sleep. The doors/windows could really be improved to reduce the noise. Air conditioner was not working and the staff didn't really care about it. The room was big and with a nice bathroom and balcony. Our double bed was really two single beds. Fridge/minibar was not really cooling much. Breakfast was okay but nothing too special.

Tutto perfetto

Bellissimo hotel in pieno centro a Palermo. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno di usare i mezzi pubblici perché era tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Personale eccellente. Benedetta la receptionist ci ha accolto come a casa, dandoci consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare. Camere spaziose e pulite. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Assolutamente consigliato!
