This is a lovely and reasonably priced hotel centrally located in Palermo. The hotel , the room , the staff and the amenities were all wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely outstanding and their small restaurant was very relaxing and classy. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was dark and dingy, mattress felt like rocks, liquid soap came out of the body lotion container, no other toiletries, only one extra pillow for two guests, TV did not work, could hear water running thru the walls (guessing it was when others flushed or showered? gross!) had to take the breakfast to go and it was embarrassing! hardly worth two euros never mind the actual 16 euros we paid for it. reception gave bad info about restaurant and bus stop (would have missed our flight if we hadn't double checked!) When we checked out the gentleman at the front desk acknowledged the hotel was old and is in need of updates. Very disappointing, Expedia should not permit them to sell rooms on their site. Bad news!
