Perfect location for a comfortable stay

The location of this place is within easy walking distance of most of the main attractions in Palermo. The Palermo cathedral is an easy 1-3 minute walk. We were there for New Years and could find any number of places to watch the fireworks. So many good restaurants in the area. The place itself is kept incredibly clean and its quiet. The staff are friendly and shared with us things to do in the city during our stay. The bed was comfortable and we felt well rested in the mornings. Highly recommend

The room was very clean and comfortable with a fridge. However, it would have been more hospitable to have offered continental breakfast to be left in the communal kitchen as we were leaving at 7.30 to catch a train from palermo to Syracuse and we were informed that breakfast could not be served any earlier. The person who greeted us gave us some milk & teabags as we had arrived late evening after a long journey.

Modern B&B in vicinity of Cathedral

Very nice, modern B&B on the second floor in an old palazzo. Room and bathroom were large, although the space around the bed was a bit tight. An Italian-style breakfast was provided and it was fine. It's a bit of a hassle to get in when you first arrive, since there is no host and instructions are messaged through WhatsApp. There is no elevator in this old building and luggage has to be hauled up two long flights of stairs. However, I definitely would stay there again in the future.

Super zentrale Lage, 100 vom Dom entfernt. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles sauber und ok. Leichtes Frühstück mit Kaffee unddTee, dazu gab es Croissants, Müsli, Kuchen und Joghurt. DievKontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter bei der Anreise war etwas holprig, da brauchte man etwas Geduld. Sonst aber alles gut organisiert.

Très bon accueil, personnel trés sympa, arrangeant et de bon conseil. Chambre et immeuble propre. Sanitaire equipé d'une grande douche ,avec serviette gel douche, seche cheveux a disposition. Petit déjeuner du matin simple (seulement sucré) mais agréable. Très bon emplacement, situé a quelques mètres de la cathédrale et d'une rue principale tres animé, avec resto, bar et boutiques de souvenirs. Bus a proximité. Petit bémol, un peu bruillant quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes la journée. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages le jour du départ (5€ la valise et 3 € le sac ). Très agréable séjour ! Je conseille !

Das Zimmer war okay. Groß und sauber. Der Service zum checkin auch sehr gut. Das Frühstück dagegen war mies. Nur Joghurt, 2 Kuchensorten, Zwieback und Marmelade in Plastikpack, und Crosiant, und ein Glas Saft. Kaffee jederzeit - bedingt, wenn noch Pads für die langsame alte Maschine da sind , Milch dazu nur beim Frühstück. Den muss man dann aber auch einfordern. Wozu die nette Dame dann beim Frühstück da war? Zum abräumen und gucken. Sie sprach nur italienisch und französisch um wohl nicht groß diskutieren und Fragen beantworten zu müssen. Der Standort war dafür wiederum sehr gut, unmittelbar neben der Kathedrale. Kein Brot, Brötchen, Müsli, Wurst oder Käse, kein Ei, Salat oder was sonst Standard ist. Ohne Frühstück buchen und dann draußen im Café gehen ist die bessere Option. Frühstückscafes sind ganz in der Nähe.

Posizione strategica, comfort, servizio cortese.

Ottima posizione, centrale a due passi dalla cattedrale, 10 minuti a piedi dai Quattro Canti, siamo anche riusciti a trovare parcheggio non a pagamento fuori ZTL vicino. Confortevole, interessante il soffitto, è particolarmente cortese e prodiga di indicazioni la cameriera della colazione.
