This is a great hotel, with good and nice staff, great breakfast, the room was unbeatable, it is very close to the royal palace and the main attractions of Palermo. Nonetheless, the area (2 blocks around the hotel), is dirty and not too nice. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

Gentilissimi in reception. Ci hanno assegnato subito la camera praticamente al nostro arrivo anticipando quindi la fascia oraria. Hall spaziosa e profumata. Parcheggio sotterraneo un po’ da rivedere e più scelta da aggiungere alla colazione. Alla fine non posso che complimentarmi per la gentile accoglienza ed ospitalità. Lo consigliamo a tutti i turisti perché rimarrete soddisfatti. Grazie ancora!

Je ferais 2 parties pour donner mon avis car me concernant je n'ai pas du tout aimé cet hôtel mais il y a tout de même des points positifs. Points negatifs: nous avons attendu une heure pour avoir notre chambre très vétuste fuite de la douche du lavabo et de la climatisation. Douche trop petite. Hôtel trop bruyant car les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Situé à 1km200 de la cathédrale. Points positifs: personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner bon et varié. Possibilité de stationner son vehicule dans un parking fermé mais attention vite rempli
