Hotel agradable

Desde la llegada el personal del Hotel fue muy amable con nosotros. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas. Las habitaciones son cómodas, con bonita vista y limpias. Recomendaría colocarán un ascensor, ademàs de un letrero con el nombre del Hotel, hay diversos hoteles en la zona y tuve que preguntar por él. Los alimentos son buenos. Una experiencia muy agradable.

Hotel excelente y familiar

Una excelente opción para disfrutar tu estancia en Palenque muy familiar cómodo limpio excelente servicio del personal atentos en todo momento. La alberca estaba limpia muy bonita la mejor opción si llevas niños. El wifi de buena calidad. Aire acondicionado excelente con balcón vista a la alberca se disfruta el atardecer y amanecer muy recomendable

El hotel es agradable con alberca y muy bien ubicado con habitaciones amplias. Pero el personal del hotel un poco agobiante y en momentos esto agobia y molesta.
