Very quick communication, apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen to cook meals. WiFi very good. Nice hotel with great hostess

We stayed in the 2-room appartment for 3 nights. It's a 2 room-appartment (bedroom + livingroom + 2 bathrooms & big terrace). We arrived way past the check-in time but we made an arrangement in advance, so that wasn't a problem. The hostess and her husband gave us a warm welcome the next day, they made our stay at Il Nico dei Gabbiani very pleasant. Thanks again!

the hotel was very good and the staff helped to give us an authentic experience. They managed this by provoking our usual english-minded approach and giving us reason to learn the Italian language, but still keeping it in a very friendly and jovial manner.
