Our stay at this hotel was wonderful overall. It was a shame we didn’t get a sea view despite booking six months in advance but the room view was breathtaking – overlooking the other side of the mountain with hotels and restaurants. The hotel itself was lovely and conveniently located near all the best parts of the area. Restaurant food was delicious and all staff were friendly.

The overall corriente was not the best, the hotel is located in the far top of the town , not making it walking distance with kids. We made a reservation for a family room that looked refurbished and very modern in the pictures, they gave us two traditional connecting rooms that were very old. Clean but old. In one of the rooms AC didn’t work and kept dropping water all night.

Fint läge med utsikt över hamnen i Palau. Boka rum med havsutsikten. Lugnt läge, lätt att parkera egen bil och det tog 12m att gå till hamnen. Lite längre tid tillbaka då det är mycket uppför. Hjälpsam personal men vid vår vistelse pågick upplärning av sommarvikarier vilket gjorde det lite rörigt vid beställning av middag och på frukosten. Lite väl hårda sängar och kuddar för min smak. Jag skulle lätt kunna bo där igen då läget var super för oss som kom med bil. Poolen är ok & de serverar från baren till solsängarna. Gymmet går att använda för basträningen men är utomhus och inte superrent. Nu låter detta mer negativt än det var så jag repeterar att vi skulle lätt återvända om tillfälle ges

The overall experience was good. The offered welcome massage is a very appreciated surprise! Roberta is very friendly and very skilled in massage. The free shuttle to the beach is also very convenient. The view from the hotel is amazing but having a big bed with a mattress split into two in such a hotel is unacceptable...

Charming but unreliable

Charming hotel, however some maintenance should be prioritised. The aircon did not work in all parts of our room. We told the technician who looked at it and said it would work within 10 minutes….we waited more than 10 minutes, still not working, still told to wait…of course it was a lie. It did not work and we had to split our family in different rooms 4 hours later just before we went to bed… However the young staff was serviceminded, and plus for the great sailboat they had for a trip to La Maddalena area.

Séjour très agréable, avec un personnel top souriant, à l' écoute. Les chambres sont agréables donnant sur la piscine. L hôtel a beaucoup de charme, petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec une vu sur la mer magnifique. Je recommande vivement.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in beautiful surroundings. Free parking directly outside the hotel and was easy to find a space. Walkable down to the harbour (20mins) but they also put on a shuttle bus that we didn’t use as it is back uphill. Lovely views from the restaurant and pool area. Our room was directly onto the pool. Breakfast was fantastic. The rooms particularly the bathrooms could do with an update but they were very clean and had everything we needed and the outside of the hotel and facilities made up for this. Highly recommend

Super staff

Very nice hotel with super friendly and helpful staff (and I can whole heartedly recommend their SPA/massage facilities). The breakfast left nothing to be desired, but lunch and dinner can be improved on. The pool area is maybe a bit small, but when you have the mediterranean at a walking distance, who cares

Vi synes ikke dette hotellet var "valuta for pengene". Rommet var lite, og hotellet var 15 minutter å gå fra byen og fra stranden. Det var riktignok shuttlebus til stranden, men den gikk fire ganger om dagen og man måtte bestille plass i forkant. Bassengområdet var rent og fint. Rommene var også rene og frokosten var veldig god. Vi betalte over kr 3000 for en natt, men hadde forventet mer luksusfølelse på rommet for denne prisen. Hadde rommet kostet kr 2000 hadde vi gitt hotellet mye høyere score. Oppsummert: "Not value for money"

This property is even better in person. The rooms are clean and AC worked unlike other hotels in Italy. The included breakfast was amazing, so many options and delicious. There is a nice view where you can enjoy a drink out on the patio near the pool. We will be back!
