Apartamentos en Palapala

“Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.”

“No rags and wipes inside unit.”

“There was no hotel staff available after 7 PM. There is no way to check in after this time, even if your plane is late. Places like this should not be listed on Expedia to prevent issues. ”

“The host (Ghen) was superb, super responsive and very accomodating to our needs. I would stay there again on my next visit.”

“I like the view, clean and helpful staff.”

“There was no laundry (stack unit) as described in the listing, when requesting assistance and compensation for the missing amenity was told to ‘go complain to Expedia’ Room was very clean, only provided one towel per person, WiFi code was changed daily and had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get new code each morning. Communication with front desk was difficult, air con worked good, no elevator for guest use available.”

“Fully furnished rooms right next to terminal 3 at the airport. Popeye and McDonald’s down stairs. Excellent customer service.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Avana Hills Tagaytay! We were a group of 10 and had a wonderful stay! The place is clean, new, spacious, and very comfortable. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and air conditioning, which was perfect for our group. The common hallway isn’t air-conditioned, but it was completely fine. The family room has a fan, and the balcony has a beautiful view. We loved having access to the kitchen with provided utensils, which allowed my sister to cook homemade...

“위생 청결하고 직원들도 친절하고 좋았습니다. 감사합니다”

“Property is not clean especially the hallway. The smell is not good.”

“Absolutely wonderful stay! This is place was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing with a picture perfect bay view. Waking up to such a peaceful view made the experience truly amazing. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The host and staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Everything felt thoughtfully managed, from the service to the overall atmosphere. If you're looking for a place with a gorgeous view, excellent hospitality, and a relaxing atmosphere, I highly...

“Excellent location near NAIA 3 and shops The room was small and would have been difficult to fit 2 people and their belongings. Good hot shower, fridge, microwave, WiFi and table and chairs. The downside is that there was no shower curtain so the whole bathroom gets wet which was extremely dangerous, the fan in the bathroom doesn't work so there is a lot of mould in there, the bed was extremely hard and it was noisy .. Communication with the host was good some of the time”

“Shower too small Tap fittings in wrong position too be honest think dangerous I actually speared myself trying too get in Maybe something host can look at”

“Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back. The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend.”
