The hotel is attached to a wedding and other events location, so can be noisy if events are running or early morning as preparations are made. Listing suggests it is a tea plantation, but in fact it has a very small garden. Helpful staff, good food in restaurant.

I had a very disappointing stay and would not choose this property again. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. The washrooms were dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout our stay. The body lotion provided in our room had already been used, and there was a used towel left behind, which immediately raised concerns about housekeeping. The bedding also appeared not to have been properly washed, and both of us developed a rash after sleeping on it. We requested a room change, hoping these issues were isolated, but unfortunately the second room had many of the same problems. The property itself feels poorly maintained. To make matters worse, we experienced issues with the water supply, including periods with no water and no hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast was also disappointing, with almost no variety, and the fruit was not fresh. Overall, the service was average. The only positive aspect was that the manager genuinely tried to accommodate us and was helpful, but unfortunately the condition of the property made it impossible to enjoy our stay. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The property appears to have deteriorated significantly and is not being maintained to an acceptable standard. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
