Our experience at Hotel Milan was extremely disappointing. While we want to recognize that the front desk and housekeeping staff were consistently polite, professional, and genuinely tried their best to assist us, it became clear that the underlying problem is the lack of investment in maintaining the property. During our stay, we were forced to change rooms four different times because each room had serious maintenance issues. The problems included malfunctioning air conditioning, refrigerators that did not work, electronic door locks with dead batteries, broken toilets, and other basic deficiencies that made the rooms unsuitable for guests. Every time we moved, we hoped the next room would resolve the issues, but unfortunately a new set of problems appeared. Upon arrival, after seeing the poor condition of the hotel and the room assigned to us, we immediately requested a full refund because the accommodations did not match the standard we had reasonably expected. Despite the obvious maintenance deficiencies, the hotel refused to provide any refund, leaving us with no practical alternative but to remain at the property while repeatedly relocating between rooms. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and a significant disruption to what should have been a relaxing trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful

This place was very clean and had nice quality everything. The food trucks/ other businesses on the property were a nice bonus and had a fun atmosphere. I might have missed it in directions, but it was a little confusing to find. The property includes a hotel, an office building, and these residences. They all share a parking garage so make sure you're reading the signs. A great place to stay!
