“Bakery with great coffee across the street. Very quiet on a Sunday evening.”

“The accomodation is at best average. Very old and dated. The bed was hard/ firm and not overly comfortable. The ensuite was ok, but very old but serviceable. I couldnt recommend it other than it being the cheapest accomodation in the area.”

“Frankston Bay Motel has decent sized rooms, comfortable bed, close to shops and beach, convenient to transport arterials and trains. The staff were polite and the room was clean while using eco friendly cleaning protocols.”

“Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight. We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds. Will not be staying again or recommending this place.”

“Big, clean rooms with freshly renovated bathrooms. The king bed is comfy and the rooms are far enough away from the road you don't hear much at all.”

“Había un evento en Melbourne y todo estaba lleno así que optamos por buscar alojamiento en el hotel más cercano al centro posible. Este hotel esta a 30 km del centro y la ubicación no ofrece nada. Al menos la habitación estaba OK. El internet simplemente no funciona”

“Ummmm the bed was clean but that's about it. No tv remote, furniture desperately needed repairs, internal side of door patched with plywood, curtains falling down, 1 clean towel for 2 people and wouldn't want to get in the shower as it was a disgrace! Wouldn't stay here ever again!”

“Bed was way too soft in the middle causing uncomfortable night. The walls had patch repairs looked very rough. Shower pressure was very low. Half a roll of toilet paper only supplied. Heating didn’t work. Parking was not very well marked out. Did not say anywhere that the hotel is situated right beside a local aerodrome and would be planes coming in and out from 7am in the morning. Feels like it could really do with a good spruce up to a better level of quality”

“Restaurant was handy for a meal the buffet was good but food could have been a bit warmer, parking was easy and having a gated entry it made us feel very safe as Melbourne doesn’t have a very good reputation. The motel room was very nice and quiet.”

“Close to the main road of Frankston/Dandenong and nice and quite . Reasonable rates and help around if needed.”
