Missing basics

No spare blankets so the first night we were too cold to sleep. Went out and bought more blankets. No dishwashing liquid or dishclorh. No lid on rubbish bin. Chairs were very uncomfortable. Loved the location and views.

Mauvaise organisation pour l'arrivée

L'environnement est parfait. Le personnel (réception, manager, équipe intervenante) est super. Néanmoins, le complexe semble être à l'abandon. De plus, aucun mail envoyé pour l'organisation de l'arrivée (aucun code pour la boîte à clés). Heureusement que nos voisins avaient laissé leur code sur la boîte, nous avons essayé en faisant +1. Sinon, aucun moyen de savoir que le complexe d'à côté fait partie du même ensemble... donc, aucun moyen d'entrer.
