I was unsure where the apartment was. Had I known it was called "Waterfront" then that would have been easier - Instead I had 2 addresses 98 & 100 Marsden Road. Turned out I could not see those numbers. Anyhow, went to neighbouring property and they said it was Waterfront. Got all parked up, and went to go to lock box when I was meeted & greeted which was really helpful. The apartment was excellent, clean and spacious. Good kitchen, had a sea view. Cannot fault the apartment - It was perfect. Even got a bar of chocolate (Thank you) . Would have liked to have stayed longer. I would come back. Thank you it was a lovely break.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to nearby restaurants, and the view from the balcony overlooking the pool and beach was stunning. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the two spacious rooms were a huge plus. We especially loved the master bedroom – it was cozy, with a walk-in closet and an ensuite. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary chocolate, milk, and bottled water. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome All Around!

Awesome. Clean and tidy. Two very large bedrooms. All the amenities you need. Walk to the restaurants, shops, and warf. Tiny view of the water. Quiet location. Free gated parking. Plus, we left a valuable item in the apartment and the own was very responsive and returned it to us overnight shipping for no fee. Wow. Great service. Thanks John!!!

This property is very nice only problem is the photos have a picture of a lift but you can not assess the property from the lift there are 2 flights of stairs i took my 84 year old mother with me she could not walk up and down these stairs we had to move to another hotel in paihia
