It was really hard to find the actual signage for the motel from the street. We spent some time going around in circles to find it. The car parking wasn’t easy to distinguish between shoppers and motel guest parking and we worried about safety and leaving our rental in the car park. The area outside the entrance was occupied by a group of individuals smoking around their cars with music and wasn’t at all a safe feeling walking into the small reception area. We did not feel safe. The check in was smooth however we had big suitcases and had to lug them down stairs and on leaving up stairs, that was a pain. There should be a description it’s two story and no lifts. Please take the time to explain clearly and exactly where your guests rooms are. Our room itself was lovely inside, very clean. The bed was an absolute dream and comfy. The TV was a good size. Our shower head wasn’t too good all the water was spraying out the side of the hose, so the pressure was soft.
