Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, friendly host. This hotel is in a quiet area, but the compressor in one of the external aircon units at the rear of the block was very noisy when one of the other rooms (not mine) ran their aircon unit. There was no serrated knife in the kitchen, which made cutting bread difficult - I'd have thought that was an essential in any kitchen. I would probably stay here again next time I am in Paihia.

Room was in great condition.staff was very well mannered.but for 4 adults there was no milk in room...also for a late checkin which was at 3pm to an early checkout at 9am was pretty costly considering I checked in late .also fridge was leaking and you could hear the people next door from the lounge with the tv on.it was okay

The staff at the motel were so helpful, we were running late and the reception was kept open for us which we really appreciated. The room was clean and the facilities ideal for the short stay we had there. The motel is within walking distance to all the amenities in the small town

We were greeted by a polite staff member who efficiently checked us in. The room was better than expected and felt like it had been recently renovated which was good to see. Everything you for need for an overnight stay and walkable to all local amenities and the beach-front. Ample free parking and great being able to park our car directly outside of the room.
