Really nice stay. We were kindly allocated room 8 which gave us fantastic double aspect views from the main living area. The bed was really comfortable, and the small kitchen area well equipped. The daily service was also excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and had good suggestions about what to do in the area. We were a 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and activities. The room itself was clean and spacious with a fantastic view of the bay.

Was ok nice rooms nice view. Was walked to room and given key but forgot about wifi so had to us data as I forgot tp call before they shut. Was close to shops good location just some info would have been great like wifi password and whats close etc there wasn't anything other than the room type thing. I did accidentally book for 1 adult rather than a family which was sorted without issues. Was a ok stay just some more information was needed like how to work spa bath, whats in area and wifi password. Not sure if they normally hand them out or not but we didn't receive anything.

A modest family run motel, but very well run. A friendly greeting at check in. Comfortable suite, with kitchen, microwave, fridge, kettle and all cutlery, plates etc. SPOTLESSLY CLEAN and neat! Lovely sea view from the slider doors/patio. Two TV’s. Guest laundry facilities on site. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

Room was well equipped and spotless. Hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating allowing us to have a sea view room for part of the stay (surcharge payable) and looked after our bags on our departure date as our return was later that day. A great spot, less than a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Paihia, spacious and very well equipped accommodation. Would definitely recommend, but book a sea view room as the view over the water to Russell is stunning.

From the time we checked in the staff was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Awesome view from our balcony. All the shops, dining and bars were walking distance which was excellent. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.
