I enjoyed my overnight stay, and I appreciated its convenient location from a variety of dining options within walking distance and right across from the beach. The Motel itself and staff were excellent. The room was really clean and comfortable for the two of us. Pool and hot tub were great. The shower was fab! A little bit of noise in the mornings from the road but nothing much to worry about. Easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and pier. Side note- was nothing to do with the motel and they have complained about it but one of the nights there was a group of youths on the beach with their cars and loud music which went on till 4/5am. Apparently the council and police are not prepared to do anything about it. Not the motels fault and I have a lot of sympathy for the local businesses

This is a fantastic little motel in a great location along the main beach. The property is absolutely immaculately clean, service was wonderful. Rooms are very comfortable and spotless with great amenities. Very comfortable room for our family of 4, close walking distance to restaurant, shops and the main pier. Absolutely loved our stay!

A fabulous little motel with swimming pool and hot tub across the road from the beach. Friendly and welcoming and an amazing room with fab sea views. A really great bathroom and the shower was absolutely awesome - wow! A lovely kitchen area and a huge bed. We loved it and would happily stay again.

This property is conveniently located across the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The kayak rental is across the street too. We had access to their laundry facility. The place is newly renovated. Comfortable beds, great shower and there was everything we needed in the kitchenette. Highly recommend this hotel!

Relaxing, convenient and quality.

Extremely convenient, easy walk to anywhere in Paihia or over to Waitangi, fantastic pool and spa, with a beautiful lookout and a lovely beach across the road. Listening to the waves crashing at night adds to the relaxation. Love it and we'll be back.
