Great hosts & great spot to stay!

Excellent little B&B in a great location for the beach, shops & restaurants. The room was lovely and cool with great amenities. The bathroom was roomy and clean. Both hosts were friendly and chatty as well as making you feel welcome. Full of local knowledge too so if you’re ever stuck, ask them! Highly recommended and would stay again.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation had everything we needed and is only a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and a short distance from the bus and railway stations and yown centre. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room.

The family that run it are lovely and it was our first time staying in a dog friendly house hold and it was excatly what we wanted and need for a cheapish place to stay with everything we needed close to it even a park across the road to walk our old pooch we left them some flowers and some doggy treats to say thanks 😊

I have had a really nice stay there. The room was nice & clean. The bed was very confortable. The bathroom roomy & clean. What I like about the hotel is was a five minutes walk from everywhere, bus & train station, the beach. What I must add the breakfeast is fabulous.

Just a flying visit to Paignton, and I only needed a room for one night, but I'd stay here again if I'm in the area. Warm and friendly welcome, comfortable room with a bigger than usual en-suite. Bed was comfy, and slept really well. Bespoke breakfast options, ordered the night before. Just a sausage sandwich for me, but full English available, and it looked very good. Nice feeling to the place, family run and friendly. Thanks 😊
