Our overall experience was exceptional. The studio cabin was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary kitchenware provided. Additionally, the hot tub was well-maintained, and there was an ample supply of towels available. The breakfast service was excellent, offering a high-quality hot meal. The staff members were welcoming and attentive, ensuring items were promptly replenished and proactively informing us of preparation times. Thank you for a wonderful staycation. I look forward to booking a studio cabin with you again in the future.

Overall, the property was very good. Room was updated and clean, parking was nearby, and breakfast was OK. Negatives included no onsite admin staff and difficulty opening the room door. (The electronic lock behaved inconsistently and differed from the instructions.) Pricing was competitive so we'd probably stay there again.

This place is absolutely amazing! We came in late and needed a quick night’s stay. We didn’t want to leave! It was spotless, the staff was amazing even the over the phone staff, the breakfast was great and the area to eat was beautiful and relaxing. We have already talked about coming back.

Great place to stop. It was nice but on the outskirts of town. It doesn’t have a front desk so it was tricky checking in but the phone number that was posted did a great job of directing us and getting me a code to get in. They also gave good recommendations for places around town.

The place was nice and was clean on the inside of the room. Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. I will say the place was a bit small, and I did run into parking issues where someone took our designated spot. I was not able to reach management as it was past normal business hours. It was also a bit pricey to not have some basic room amenities such as an ironing board and microwave. Lastly, it's important to note the location is not actually near the populated area of Pagosa Springs. It's way past walking distance and is about a 3-5 minute drive.

Really enjoyed our stay!! The cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of hot choices. Only suggestion would be to put information about WiFi, breakfast and local information in the room itself. We had to hunt to find this as internet was spotty and the link provided in our email didn’t work. Otherwise it was a delightful stay!!
