The location of the hotel is really good- close to all attractions. The staff very friendly. Easy and fast check in. Good breakfast and easy parking, However the hotel is really old and in deep need of renovations, dirty and smelly corridors, balcony looks like never been cleaned. Would not come back.

The room we had was very large and conveniently located to an exit so it was easy transporting our luggage. Hotel staff was very friendly when checking me in. Hotel is located close to plenty of dining options.

This hotel is a scam. The hotel and environment is dirty. There is basically no Internet. They treat you based on how much you paid for a room. This place should be closed.

Going upstairs was on dirty, uninviting staircases, food was terrible, no cleaning service unless you ask, but no one told us this until checkout because when we checked in there was just a computer screen with someone not on site to check us in. Would not recommend this hotel.

Check in via kiosk with a call center in India. Shower was broken, curtains were torn. Dirty footprints in bathroom, hair around the sink. Filthy beer glasses still on table during breakfast, which wasn't great either. No left luggage service.

Rarely anyone working the front desk…check in was done at a kiosk with someone no telling where at. At night the staff could be seen partying at the bar while customers tried to address issues at that virtual assistant Kiosk. Room service was nonexistent and our shower head was falling off the wall. In dire need of updating, and training on customer service!

Bit of a strange set up in that it is a motel and you can park right outside your room but you have no access to your room from the carpark. The doors only lock/unlock from inside. You have to walk through the lobby and corridor. When you leave you also have to lock the room then exit via the lobby/corridor. The view however is outstanding.
