Ok for One Night, but not much more.

This was a “lay my head to sleep” kind of stay. Was not in the room long, but multiple issues and was too late to do anything about it but sleep. Toilet was broken. I had to turn the water on myself as it had been shut off. Two towels were wet in the bathroom and the shower mat was dirty. Luckily there were others provided. Overall, the buildings appearance was not great. All doors had scuff marks and dents. I will choose elsewhere to stay next time.

I was disappointed in the bathroom accommodation of roll-in shower that I had reserved and did NOT receive. It was difficult for my mom to get in and out of the bathtub although the number of bathtub safety grab bars were appreciated. Water was tepid and never got hot and handheld shower head had no pressure Positive side room was very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable and surrounding rooms were quiet. Our grandson enjoyed his workout in the gym.

Do not stay here

Ugh. They had to switch rooms twice bc of bad toilets - one room's toilet functioned, but was cracked. We reserved a two queen room, but of course they didn't have one so my SIL had to sleep on a pull out sofa - and the guy at the front desk didn't even know if it was a sleeper - I had to go with him carrying a screaming 5 month old to CHECK MYSELF and I'm disabled, folks - I have spondylitis, this was after a 5 hour drive... while on the phone with my fam to make sure it was ok. Took over an hour with cranky 5 month old, toddler, and 2 dogs. We were not offered ANY kind of compensation for ANY of their various mess-ups - nasty, unflushing toilets, nor the reservered room mess- up. Absolutely horrible service.

One complaint: the sheets and bedding were hot and uncomfortable. Comforter didn’t breathe, trapped too much heat. Also please don’t use King size pillows on K bed. Too long, uncomfortable. Several regular size pillows would be better.

Horrible stay

Horrible stay..... had to switch 2 off the 3 rooms in my party because they smelled. They latter person in my party of 3 said his room smelled bad too, so he just dealt with it. There was smoke on the 3rd floor. The showers were dirty. No hot water in one of the rooms. To top it all off, I was approached about halfway filling up my small cooler with ice. I was told that the hotel didn't allow coolers to be filled up with ice... after I asked where the ice machine was. Then i was questioned whether I was a weekly guest or a nightly guest because i could've used the ice machine in the freezer. Never gonna stay there again!!!
