Overall adequate for one night

The hotel was in a great location walking distance to all the sites in Padua and close to restaurants. The room was clean, nice amenities in toom. Receptionist very nice and helpful but not manned 24 hrs. I asked to split beds to 2 singles but given fold out chair and one bed. Terribly uncomfortable.

The room was very nice and since we were with a toddler it was very convenient that it was on the ground floor.

Excelent room in terms of space and clean. The bad part about it is that the check in is in one facility where the bedrooms are in another one. If you have more luggage in your trip better to be aware of this.

Breakfast is blocks away, unfriendly staff.

Although they offer a breakfast, it is at their other hotel location which is several blocks away. This is deceptive advertising. Also, if you do make the mistake of booking here, parking is available several blocks away, you are better off parking behind the plaza. Lastly, the reception people are not friendly at all, they give you weird looks and only speak Italian. I would avoid this place since they also use very harsh chemicals to clean with. Location was okay but hard to drive to, many other options to select from.

The hotel was disappointing for the following reasons: 1. It is the “dependance” of another hotel so the check in is not at the same place. This was not clearly specified when I booked. 2. Check in is not really close to the “dependance” - when you have luggage it is very inconvenient to have to pull it all the way to the actual location - and on cobbled streets! 3. For the price the hotel is too “basic” - not even a mirror light in the bathroom. 4. Not a coffee pot in sight: not in the room (and breakfast is not included) and not in the common area either. 5. Reception was not very friendly. 6. Internet was not always working. The one quality was cleanliness.

Wunderbares Hotel mit Blick auf San Antonio, gleich am botanischen Garten und damit in perfekt ruhiger Lage. Parken ist im Schwesterhotel für einen angemessenen Betrag möglich, ansonsten gibt es den großen Parkplatz am Prato della Valle. Alles in Padovas Zentrum ist in Laufweite.

Great location and short walk to many things as well as tram station, building can be a little difficult to find the first time as it is in a residential area and has a small sign about the size of a sheet of paper but wonderful property.

Worst place I've stayed in decades. No night or morning staff at all (unsafe for women), no breakfast or even coffee, threads hanging off towels. Stairs no matter what, with no staff help with luggage. Phone numbers to off hour staff did not work at all. Cleaning woman was very helpful getting a cab. That was the single good thing.

Ottima struttura ricettiva, dotata di tutti i comfort. Camera pulita e spaziosa, bagno dotato di tutti gli accessori e posizione centrale rispetto a Padova (Prato della Valle). È disponibile un bollitore con Nescafé e bustine del tè. Non è possibile fare la prima colazione nella struttura e quindi consiglio di andare in Pasticceria Tombolato a 5' a piedi. È comunque disponibile all'ingresso un distributore automatico di bibite e snack, in caso di necessità.

The property was neat and clean. There was nothing extra for guests, it was all basic, but that was sufficient for our needs. The staff was helpful and the room was nice. The property was just around the corner from Basilica di Sant Antonio di Padova and Prato di Valle which was so perfect! The hotel is a walkable 30 minutes from the train station with many piazzes and nice stops along the way! As for Padova, it was one of my favorite cities I have been to in Italy! I want to come here again (better than venice)! It is a university town so there are many students and the atmosphere is very down to earth and sweet!
