“It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable.”

“Hotel receptionist didn’t offer any information about the hotel - it had to be asked and although she was polite it wasn’t a warm welcome The hotel room was great but looking a little dated, plus some of the bedroom furniture needs refreshing. The same for the TVs which were particularly small for the size of room. However excellent carpets, bed, towels and view plus exceptionally reasonable price. “We had a nice stay here. The only bug bear was that there was not much fruit at breakfast. I do not eat fry ups in the morning. The only fruit was apples. Maybe a dish of mixed fruit or bananas would have been nice. The staff were really pleasant and the hotel itself was fine for our 2-day stay. The bedroom could have been a little bit more updated, paint off in most places, the en-suite was old fashioned, could be done up more modern really.”
