“What a charming hotel. The amenities were top notch and the view absolutely stunning. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. The air conditioner wasn’t great, and that’s something I find to be a necessity when traveling, but thankfully I’d brought a mini fan, so it worked out well enough. “Our hosts, the owners of the property, Philippe and Francois, were excellent. The property has a main home designed after George Washington’s Mount Vernon home. There are a number of cottages also, as well as a horse stable where the owners keep their horses which they train, on the property, for equestrian events. The property is a 15 minute drive from Giverny and Monet’s house and gardens. An excellent stay to couple with that visit. We hope to return some day!”
