Every time I've stayed here (and it's been multiple times), the staff has always been super friendly and incredibly accommodating. Super clean rooms, easy parking, safe area and convenient location. Close enough to Packwood without having to be in the middle of town, which I loved.

Stopped for the night before heading to Rainier the next day. Clean room, comfy beds & blankets, nice hot shower.. all that we needed for a one night stay really. Though there is no elevator, if that’s something you’re needing (we didn’t need, but good to know).

Check-in was easy and quick, and the beds were comfortable, which was appreciated after a long day. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room did not work properly, we had to hold our finger underneath and apply pressure the entire time just to get the coffee to drain, and you had to keep doing this until the cup was filled. When I went to take a shower, the hot and cold were reversed, and even when turned to “cold” the water only reached barely lukewarm, resulting in a cold shower. I mentioned this to the front desk, and the staff member simply looked at me and said “okay,” with no apology, explanation, or offer to make it right. This was especially disappointing because I stayed here previously and had a much better experience, which is why I chose to return. Unfortunately, given the poor facilities and lack of concern from staff, especially for the price, I will be finding another place to stay when I’m in the area. This stay was far too expensive for the level of quality provided. There was also no parking available when we returned after celebrating the new year and ended up having to park tilted on a little gravel spot.

Mentioned to them a grout issue in the bathroom shower..hopefully they'll address it before any water damage is done. Had to ask for a plug for the tub..it was stated customers kept walking off with them..not a big deal..just an observation. Room was clean and comfortable.
