My last night I got into shower naked ready to take a shower on a cold, windy Pachuca night & no hot water. Got out of the shower. Called front desk, phone not working. Walked into reception @ requested hot water. 2am I asked if water was hot, yes they said. Took a shower with cold water. Water was never hot. Next morning before I checked out, I took another cold shower. How pathetic! Tower holder @ bath not working only towel hook on the wall. WiFi not working. They have several modems throughout but BAD signal everywhere. Nice glass wall facing the street. Amazing view.

Las habitaciones son viejas, la puerta rechinaba horrible, se llevaron las toallas y solo dejaron una, entraron sin tocar antes, demasiado ruido, el desayuno que ofrecen es horrible, las camas súper duras y las cobijas raspan horrible. Está en una muy buena ubicación pero el hotel es demasiado viejo y sin mantenimiento.

A pesar de la limpieza hay manchas de humedad en las paredes del baño, las sábanas y fundas de la ropa de cama están viejas, percudidas y manchadas. Buen servicio pero pueden mejorar en esos aspectos

Me parece un lugar céntrico, varias tiendas comerciales al su alrededor. El estacionamiento es amplio. Lo que no me gustó la limpieza fue a medias, los souvenirs no te dan más. Ejemplo la primera noche te dejan una botella de agua, jabones y un bote pequeño de shampoo. La botella la dejé casi vacía y al regresar a la habitación seguía mi misma botella, solicite otra y tenía costo extra Las toallas de baño tienes que pedirlas en recepción porque no hay dentro de las habitaciones. No había agua caliente en la regadera y al comentarlo con el personal solo responden así es aquí. Lo rescatable es que el desayuno es bueno, no hay muchas opciones pero tiene buen sabor y es limpio el restaurante.

Lo rescatable…ubicación y amabilidad del personal

Lo rescatable es la ubicación céntrica en Pachuca y la amabilidad del personal, pero es un hotel muy poco confortable y muy ruidoso para descansar, tiene que mejorar mucho y renovar el hotel para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes

Todo bien, limpio, la recepcionista con un trato excelente, te ofrecen un desayuno sencillo pero se agradece, no me gusto mucho que tengas que pedir las toallas a la recepcion pero por lo demas todo excelente.

Realizamos el check in a las 16:00 HRS y la habitación estaba sin asear, no había jabón ni shampoo... La regadera no tiene accesorios para el shampoo ni el jabón 😐 todo en el.piso, la taza de baño bailaba y para vaciar el tanque en mal estado.... Si la oferta incluye que te asignen la peor habitación deberían de ponerlo en la aplicación de Hoteles.com
