Affordable clean hotel in Pachuca

Affordable clean hotel in Pachuca serving fantastic made to order breakfast. Staff is super friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The hotel has an underground parking garage to keep your vehicle safe. The staff is incredibly accommodating and attentive while not in your face.

Great hotel!!!!!!

Fantastic place in a pretty tough city to do tourism in. This hotel has great facilities, nobody hassles you for tips, the parking was impeccable. The WiFi was great, the hotel is fairly new and updated. Fifteen minutes walk from down town. The breakfast outstanding and the staff super kind

People are really nice and friendly, breakfast was really good!! Fresh fuit, freshly made bread and delicious coffee plus the omelet or eggs in any way. Room was clean, bed was comfortable since I need a orthopedic bed. Definitely will return

A well maintained hotel with easy access to everything. That said, the room had some issues: the sheets hadn’t been changed when I arrived (there were several hairs and some dirt under the covers), the room had no fridge, tissues, or drawers. AC was okay but didn’t put much out. Decent hotel but not worth the price paid.

Love the room, unfortunately I couldn't enjoying my time as since the a/c was small for big room and air was low flow. The room was extremely hot was hardly in there in the day only at night.

Nice room, very modern. Several things that could be improved. They have a system to turn on the lights we had never seen before so had to return to reception. Another return for Internet password. No bath mat, only a very old worn out hand towel.

The hotel does not have natural ventilation and their exhaust system does not work properly. Our room was so moldy my partner ended in urgent care due to severe allergic reaction to the unhygienic conditions of this place. Not recommended unless they fix this issue. We booked it because it is well located, however, terrible stay, we had to change hotels.
