Claude was very welcoming and made our stay as comfortable as being at home. The outdoor space was so enjoyable to have breakfast and dinner with the birds flying about. The kitchen with the stovetop was sufficient for our cooking needs and the refrigerator was a full size. Highly recommend, restaurants close by and a nice quiet area. Definitely will stay here again!

Outstanding area of St Martin, very safe, quiet, wonderful restaurants, Bread and Butter Bakery and store close by, excellent access to Orient Beach or to Bobby’s Marina and Phillipsburg. The rooms at the hotel are large with everything you need, sunsets overlooking Oyster Pond. Truly a perfect location on the island as you can avoid a lot of the traffic in other areas. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to again soon.

The room is very comfortable, great balcony with gorgeous view, WiFi is good, well equipped kitchen. You will need to bring or buy your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The location requires a rental car. There are a nice grocery store and bakery walking distance from the hotel. The owner is super nice and helpful. If you don’t mind to be driving distance from the beaches and good restaurants this hotel is a very good, affordable choice.

Such a cute little place. Loved the individual bungalows. Everything you need- well stocked. We were in #3 and the patio was big and loved sitting out there. The pool is small but was good to just cool off. Liked that the place was gated. There are several restaurants and a grocery right by. We ate at a couple of them and they were delicious. It is a bit far as it's on the French side but it is quiet and nice view of Oyster pond. The property manager Coco was Amazing!! I left my expensive sunglasses in the office and she put them on our patio for me. Any time I had a question she would get back to us very quickly. Would definitely recommend

I loved the pool it was clean. It has a private gate to park inside, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning was great. We felt safe. Coco was always there to answer questions. The only down side was we had to being out own TP and the sheets were scratchy. They had water problems the week we were their but not any fault of theirs, it affected the whole area. But they had a cistern and brought in water, so all was well.

Loved staying here.. perfect!! very safe location.. lovely pool ,very quiet And wonderful big balconys to sit out on to have a glass of wine or barbecue on gas barbecue while looking at water and palm trees…delicious restaurants , a bakery and a little well stocked grocery store/gas bar all within 5 min walking distance down a hill .. i was very sad to leave . Coco the owner/manager is very kind and helpfull . She has good suggestion for sight seeing and where to park when sightseeing lol .. my unit was spotless and i had everything i needed to cook with when i was not going put for dinner

I had an AMAZING stay! I spent split my time in SXM between the Dutch and French side. My Dutch stay was honestly not good so it was such a relief when I came to Les Balcons d'Oyster Pond. Coco was such a welcoming host and made sure I had everything I needed from start to finish. The communication beforehand was excellent. The room was beautiful!!! I loved the decor and the balcony. This was such a relaxing and perfect end to my trip and I will absolutely be returning.

Generaly it was nice stay. The receptioniste are very friendly (accueil). About service in the room: not very clean (room in generaly is dusting, and the bedding was not clean. One piece of soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 days, that's it. No body wash, shampooing etc. 1 cleaning service for 10 days.
