The hotel told me they provide a shuttle bus to airport. So when I got the shuttle station and called the hotel and the lady said the driver will be here in 15 minutes.
But the shuttle bus didn’t come and I call again and wait another 15 minutes. But the shuttle bus just passed very quickly the station on 1st lane (bus station is 3rd lane). All other shuttle buses stop if there are people on the station except Sonesta. So I called the hotel again. And finally got the bus. You know what my 2 friends had same happened at that day.
And I wanted to talk the manager about this but a front desk lady said he is busy and he is going to call me. But no one call me back. I think he is still busy.
My friends and I had a terrible time for that.

Overall, the property is really pretty especially at this time of month since it’s spring and weather is nice. Just wished they label the hotel with “balcony” & water view. The “water view” is really misleading cause I thought I was going to get a view with a balcony and a water view but nope. Only got like a quarter of the water view. Still good place, just misleading with the “water view”.
