“The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen.
No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager...

“Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home.
He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works.
From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind.
Food was also great! Staff very nice.”

“At long last, I’ve found a place in Ghana that truly felt like a home away from home! I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, everything was kept clean, and the surroundings were well maintained. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby, easy access to Uber and Bolt, and Achimota Mall just a short distance away.
What really made my stay special was the staff. Frank was very helpful but Frimpong, Judith, Linda, Clifford, and the rest of the team were also...

“The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be.
The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock.
I will go back again”
