個人的意見です。 今回は仕事で利用しました。 ビジネスや長期滞在、合宿などなら良い施設です。旅行の宿泊宿としては選択しないです。 大浴場が不潔に感じる。浴槽ないのカビ、脱衣所の汚さ、こまめな清掃が入ればよいでが2度行きましたが2度目は入らず部屋のシャワーを利用しました。　朝食も期待はできないコスパが良いか悪いかは利用者の価値観ですのでご判断ください。

出張で利用させていただきました。 スタッフのご対応は素晴らしいです。 新しいホテルでお部屋も綺麗、お掃除も行き届いておりました。 インバウンドの外国人の方や学生さんの合宿で利用することが多いようで必要なもののみ置いてあると感じました。 価格に見合っていたのでコスパ良いとおもいます。 不愉快感じたのは 通路にカップラーメン用のサーバーも完備しており、その隣にバケツがありました。 残ったスープを捨てるようでした。給湯室などはないので仕方ないとは思いましたが、匂いや残しものが見えるので不快でした。 また外国人東洋系の方が多く銭湯ではトイレは開けっ放しで流さない、スリッパのまま浴場入り、鍵も閉めない、大きな声で騒ぐ、、バスタオルでの入浴、英語で注意喚起しましたが英語もわからずのようで、諦めました。 銭湯は トイレットペーパーや髪の毛が散らかり、 脱衣室がびしょ濡れでした。 寝るだけにしてお部屋から出ずに、過ごすには よろしいと思います。

ナビゲーションで登録した所に、ホテル無かった。夜中 ずーっと、振動音で眠れなっかった。洗面所の水栓が、センサーでの使用の為、顔を洗う時に直ぐに止まってしまい 使いにくかった。部屋に電話はなく自分の携帯電話で、ホテルに電話して連絡する方法しかなかった。

新しくて広いお部屋。

とても親切丁寧なフロントやレストランの従業員さん。新しい施設で綺麗で広いです。 ただ日本人はいません。お風呂場はほぼ中国の方で満員。習慣が違うのかお風呂でミカンを食べていたり、皮は放置。あかすりを湯船でしていたりで。清潔感は全くなく注意書きでもされた方が 綺麗にお使い頂けるのではないでしょうか？駐車場に綺麗なイルミネーションが富士山型にされていました。いい感じです。

大勢の（海外からの）宿泊客のチェックイン対応で、そのグループとは無関係な一般宿泊客が到着しても放置されている状況を改善されたほうが良いかと思います。特に、エレベーター前に無秩序に群がる宿泊客が大量にいたため、エレベーターに乗るのも困難でしたので、整理要員を導入するとよいかと思います。朝の朝食会場は広かったため特に問題はありませんでした。大浴場は今回は避けたほうが良さそうなニュアンスのコメントをチェックインの際にフロントでいただきましたので、ご提案通りパスしました。 なお、廊下の照明が人感センサー式になっているため、部屋のドアを開けると数秒真っ暗なのが気になりました。客室は広く清潔で、室内のユニットバスも大き目で快適でした。

最上階のデラックスルームに滞在。 インバウンド向けということで確かに外国の方が多かった。デラックスルームがある９Ｆは日本人の利用者の姿も。 部屋は広く、冷蔵庫やアメニティも必要十分であった。 湯沸し器もあり、ドリップコーヒーとミネラルウォータがサービスされていた。 よく言えばシンプルなお部屋。窓から見える富士山は絶景。 温泉もあるようだが、騒々しいので、お部屋のお風呂がユニットバスを使うのがよい。一般家庭のユニットバスと同じで、広々として十分くつろげる。 朝食付きだったが朝食は期待してはいけない。なんなら、食べずにスルーしてもいいレベル。プラン選択時に朝食あるなしを選べるならば迷わずなしを選び、前日に朝食を買っておいて部屋食にするといい。
