The staff at the property were extremely helpful and welcoming. Also the food and beverage on offer were just fantastic. The hotel was absolutlet spotlessly clean and the setting overlooking mount fuji just takes your breath away. Well worth the visit and the styling on the hotel around motor sport is most definitely worth seeing.

This was the best stay ive ever had. Everything was perfect. I must compliment the front desk staff above all who were extremely accommodating and the service was incredible. Great concept for a hotel - one side offers the full view of Mt Fuji, another side offers the thrills of Fuji Speedway. The breakfast is excellent (food & views), with views of Mt Fuji. We signed up for a driving course at Fuji Speedway, which is connected to the hotel. The only issue is that it's quite remote, and it's best to drive there (roads to the hotel are very dark at night). There are no convenience stores such as 7-11 nearby, you have to drive about 2-3kms out to get to the nearest one. Other than that, the integrated racecar museum was also amazing, with actual historical artifacts that you can get up close to. Really awesome concept hotel.

This was the most amazing hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The attention to detail was incredible. I particularly enjoyed the onsen and the swimming pool.

i had a Fuji mountain view, it was awesome. The room was spacious and they offered many little details that refreshed my stay. The Italian restaurant was very nice.Highly recommended.
