This is my second time staying here the staff is very polite and professional. The place is clean it was a great experience for my partner and myself we look forward to staying again next year highly recommend this place

Such a well situated hotel slap bang in the middle of Manhattan, walking distance to most sightseeing/tourist hubs. Room was fantastic, spacious, tea/coffee making machine, fridge which was a bonus, would 100% stay here again. 5*

The room was sparkling clean, and the staff were all lovely. The bar doesn’t open until 4:30 pm, which was extremely odd for vacationers who are not stuck on a work schedule. The only real complaint was that the room is extremely cold-feeling: Everything is white metal or plastic—every single surface except the bed was hard and sharp cornered and chilly. The opposite of cozy or comfortable. It was very nice! Just not cozy.
