The hotel was comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant was out of action for some reason on both nights. This meant a 20 minute walk to get food. Not much fun for an 84 year old with bad knees. This spoiled what would otherwise have been a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The rooms were large and spacious. Some bathrooms are larger than others in terms of showers. The rooms are hot in the summer but fans are provided. Great location and very walkable to all tourist highlights. I would stay again!

A bit of a walk from city centre. The size of the room is decent and very clean. However, there is smell coming from the bathroom when coming in. It was very clean though. Luckily we can open the windows, doesn’t feel claustrophobic. A bit of a noise from the road and buses, but it was nice looking outside rather than having a window looking at a wall of the next building. I had a good sleep. A big tv and a portable fan/heater provided.

The staff was kind and accommodating, checking me in a little early. The room was smaller than I expected, but that's fine. It was very hot, no A/C in the summer, but there was a fan. I had a hard time sleeping because of banging noises all throughout the night and into the wee hours of the morning. Very convenient and walkable location.

The hotel was welcoming, simply furnished but clean and comfortable. The only issue was the fridge which did not seem to be working, but I would definitely stay there again. Suggest including more tea/coffee sachets in the room, plus biscuits.
