We stayed in the newer annexe at the rea rof the hotel in a very clean and good sized room. We arrived early and manned to get one of the 8-10 car parks which was a bonus and especially as the hotel is just inside the new Oxford filter zone. The hotel is just of the High Street and only a 10min walk from the middle of the town centre and covered markets, Very friendly staff and very well appointed hoted , with a great location. We had the breakfast on the first morning and had a good hot and continental options. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in Oxford

Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast good. However, no aircon, I was placed for my 3 day stay on the top floor, it was like a furnace, they did provided 2 fans, but it was too hot to sleep, lower levels felt cooler. Also to note, there is no restaurant for an evening meal, not really an issue as it is so close to the Centre of Oxford.

Pros: Great for a budget stay in Oxford. Staff were fairly friendly and helpful. Nice lobby area with plenty of seating and air con. Beautiful hotel and great location for exploring Oxford. Room was clean. Cons: Had issues with being allocated wrong room type and room key not working (these were resolved by staff). Strong toilet smell in the hallway. Room faced directly onto parking space so was car noise and people outside window. Loud building work early in morning.
