We were there during a heat wave and it was lovely to have a room with air conditioning! The staff was incredibly accomodating (thank you for being so sweet, Jasmine!), and the breakfast was lovely and suitable for guests with food allergies. The hotel's tailor theme is quite charming, and their location is away from the business of downtown Oxford. We took the bus into town when we needed to go there, which was quick and convenient. Even though the hotel was at full capacity when we stayed, our room was completely quiet.

The room was above expectations warm and spacious The reception staff were welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. For a hotel the bar was very reasonable and in the morning the breakfast which was included in the price was scrumptious and plentiful. Great decor and perfectly placed for a good walk by the river .
