The front desk associate, Imani, was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. It was a real pleasure for coming from being on the Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga trail to checkin at the Hampton Inn. She definitely made me feel at home. To upper corporate management, please recognize the outstanding quality of service that Imani provides to your team.
