Staff and place was perfect, and although breakfast was plentiful and varied, it was also cold. A bit disappointed.

The shared areas were clean and looked good. The room was disgusting! Damp and musty smelling. The walls were in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint. One of towels in the bathroom was stained. I was traveling with my husband who requires oxygen, when we arrived at 11pm, there were no luggage carts. Thankfully I requested a room on the first floor and it was near a door. The breakfast was typical, though the person working it was somewhat rude. All in all, very disappointed in this stay and would never recommend it to anyone.

First time at this location. Staff were nice and helpful. Pool water needed cleaning. Didn't appear to be safe to use. Bath wash in the shower was empty otherwise the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I booked a hotel through expedia that had to close emergently for a few days (water pipe burst). Expedia worked quickly to find another hotel room. Happy with the new room and expedia. Great trip.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and the first night we discovered the TV did not work, the AC was leaking and the carpet was soaked(it smelled very strong of mildew) and the air did not work. This made for an awful night. They said they could not move us until the next day. We were helping move my stepdaughter into a new apartment the next day and we had to take all of our stuff with us and leave in the hot car all day because they did not have a room ready. The room on the second night was decent. The air and tv worked, but there was a black line down the middle of the screen. There were lots of other issues, but this hotel was just very poorly managed.
