Front desk was not open for service! I have pics with all lights off. Trash was spewn all over the grounds. Kids bikes, lawn chairs and charcoal grills in front of several units. Arrived within 20 min of reservation. Had to stay at a Motel 6 another 16 miles down the road. Name on the property is Best Inn Suites. Not Suite Stay. Have pics of the sign and my Apple Location and the grounds that match the pics on Expedia! Please cancel your pending debit on my account! Thank you

We booked this for 4 nights while attending the racing at Talladega. We had a superior room with the jacuzzi bath, Yes, the decor is quite tired, but it was cleaned regularly and the shower pressure was amazing. We knew what to expect when booking and it was absolutely fine for our needs.

After reading reviews I was hesitant to book this hotel but sometimes you can’t go off reviews. This hotel is actually clean. We had a nonsmoking room it was clean smelled clean didn’t smell like smoke. The bed and towels were clean. We didn’t see any bugs. It was quiet. I’d definitely come back again.

We asked for a smoke free we were told they did not have everyone just got a room, our room smelled like a chain smoker was just in it, very out dated old old, the staff was nice.

Fantastic older property

Older Inn, so I didn't expect super modern. With that in mind it is excellent. The room I had was not updated/renovated yet, so the newer rooms are much better. Mine had old paint that was blistered in places, the TV was an OLD model with a burned LCD screen, and the satellite reception was pretty bad, the WiFi was pretty sporatic, but fine for 2.4Ghz 802.11B....The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend with the caveat of older property reality, but the price and service more than make up for it.

Expedia placed us in a smoking room which all our clothes and suitcases came home with the odor. This reservation had been made in October for a stay in April.Nothing stated in the emails it was a smoking room. The couch and linens had stains. The receptionist gave us a spray the first night. No opened restaurant. very old with cracks. Great water power. Housekeeping was hit or miss. only came one out of 4 days. Expedia should know what offerings are being made. Very dissappointed.

The room had cobwebs. Wall paper coming off the wall. No running water when we arrived. Comet still in the tub. 2 towels 2 wash rags. Carpet looked dirty. Will never stay there again. No amenities. Screen had been pulled off the windows. Expedia was no help except to get the water on. Will never use them again.

I had a hot tub in my room only 2 of the 6 jets worked . The floor in the room was dirty. The lights on each side of the bed didn’t work. The room had an odor like it had not been cleaned .

None of the Motel 6's that we stayed at during this trip had breakfasts available, although it was advertised to have breakfast. A lot of remodeling going on, loud construction and workers taking up the parking spaces in front of the guest rooms, so it was not convenient to unload and load luggage. Guests should be compensated with a gift card for breakfast or a room discount.

Where to begin... This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I'VE EVER HAD ON ANY STAY IN MY LIFE!!! Driving in was my first clue; there were 3 "good old boys" playing cards on a table that they had moved onto the balcony. My second clue was walking into the lobby, terrible condition. The fourth clue was walking up to the room. Filthy walkway, beat up doors, AC units and a desperate need for cleaning and painting. The door to our room was not closed! Then we walked in... dirty floors (thank goodness we didn't have carpet in our room!!) Second, it looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THE SITE!! The ONLY thing that compared was the refrigerator. There were no chairs, no cabinets and countertops, no wall pictures or lighting, no microwave, in other words, THE PLACE IS A DUMP!!! The vanity was breaking away from the wall. The light fixture over the ugly mirror was falling off the wall and only one bulb worked. And the bathroom, cracked ancient tiles, falling apart toilet, dirty tub & walls, light fixture filled with dead bugs and grout in tiles looked like it was never cleaned. We had to beg for a microwave and the one we received was ancient, broken leg, turntable didn't work and didn't look fit for use. Worst of all, ROACHES!!! We had to buy RAID to spray in the room. THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE CONDEMNED & REPORTED TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH!!! There's no amenities, no restaurant and a pool unusable. My rating, -20+. DON'T BOOK HERE.

Room had 5 different floors in it. The a/c didnt work. The toilet was broke. The tv was plugged into an extension cord that hung along the wall. The curtains were hung on screws. Reserved a single king room and was given a standard double. The best thing about the hotel was the other guests
