The rooms was clean. The housekeeper came by everyday. They figured we need anything. Some places had some little issues on them where Pete other people had left but overall it was. It was very okay. Hotel wasn’t even just ok. Staff didn’t know what to do or where they helpful at all. Pictures are really misleading. Check in process took forever. They broke our party up so one was on the 3rd floor and one on the first even they we could have been together if the owners blocked off rooms didn’t take priority over guests. They sent us to a dirty room as well when it said it was clean. Hot tube didn’t work in indoor pool area. Breakfast was cold. Overall awful experience.

The staff were very friendly, and there were no issues in that regard. The warm breakfast was good. However, the room was poorly cleaned and had ants. We requested a different room, but it had a musty, smoky odor and also had ants, so we ended up staying in the original room since it at least didn’t have a smell. When we asked for extra towels, we were told to bring the used ones down. The air conditioner was noisy, and while the beds were comfortable, they were small. Overall, the room itself was small and not well maintained.

Stayed here for an extended visit and had a genuinely great experience. The hotel was extremely clean throughout, from the rooms to the common areas, which made a big difference day to day. The staff really stood out, everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the place well maintained and making guests feel comfortable. Overall, a smooth, stress free stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone passing through or staying longer-term.
