First time at Blue Mountain - and loved the Mosiac. Clean and fresh, super Comfy bed and friendly staff- Bee at the front desk was very friendly, informative and helpful to all the guests. Loved the underground parking and ease of walking to everything right outside the door.

Easy check-in, great rooms, clean and comfortable, staff were kind and knowledgeable. Obviously location is perfect! Only slight drawback was that construction was still happening within the hotel but honestly it did not damper our holiday :)

My wife and I hosted 12 others with us this past Friday and Saturday and from the moment we checked-In, our experience was nothing short of first class! We loved the entire two night stay; the Mosaic Suites were spectacular! The dining options around the village were excellent, the adventure aspect of the village was exciting for everyone!! Everything about our day was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The amenities were outstanding. We had one issue with our AC not working and they took care of us way more than we ever expected. They went above and beyond. We will absolutely be back.
