It's student accommodation, so quite basic, but the bed was comfortable, the shower had good temperature and pressure, and there was a decent amount of storage and space. Some of the rooms have a nice view of Mount Naranco. There's a large car park, which you can use for a small additional fee. I didn't use the on-site gym, laundry, dining room, or vending machines, but it was good to have them available. One thing to note is that there's no fridge, kettle, or TV in the rooms. The latter is no problem if you bring a laptop or tablet, as the wi-fi is good.

L'équipe est très disponible et serviable. La chambre (surface, qualité de la literie, ergonomie des rangements) et la salle de bain est spacieuse et propre. A noter que je n'ai vraiment vu une telle qualité en ce qui concerne la prévention incendie - y compris dans la chambre. Point majeur : très bien desservi par 3 lignes de bus, dont la "H" qui traverse toute la ville en 15min pour 1€20.

L’endroit était agréable pour y séjourner. C’est le type d’endroit à prendre pour économiser en comparaison à un hôtel quand l’accès à un lit confortable et une salle de bain est amplement suffisant. Le lieux était bien et le personnel très courtois.

La ubicación es muy buena y el uso que le di para dormir y trabajar con la computadora en la habitación fue muy eficaz porque tenía muy buena aislación acústica y podía trabajar tranquila sin molestar a nadie hasta altas horas
Tuve que quitar el colchón porque era demasiado blando y dormí solo sobre el soporte y fue excelente

Buena relación calidad-precio

Habitación amplia, cama confortable y zona muy tranquila aunque alejada del centro de Oviedo. Única pega, que en 6 días de estancia nadie entró ni siquiera a vaciar la papelera.

El check in, un vacile

Según hoteles.com el check in era a las 15 horas. Al llegar allí me digeron que la hora de entreda era a las 16. A esa hora nos dieron la llave y al llegar la habitación estaban las camareras de piso todavía. Hasta las 16:30 no pudimos entrar

Primera habitación sin limpiar. Me cambian a otra (me dice la chica que me avisará y después de mucho rato bajo a recepción y ya se había ido) y ésta no tiene papel higiénico ni perchas. Es planta baja y en el exterior un grupo de personas hablan, rien y dan voces hasta muy tarde. Cómo residencia no se cómo será, pero como hotel, horrible. No vuelvo

Residencia universitaria acogedora

Habitación amplia, sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Realmente es una residencia universitaria y como tal hay que valorarla (en los 5 días de mi estancia nadie entró a hacer la habitación ni a cambiar las sábanas ni las toallas). Bien comunicada por varios buses pero alejada del centro. El lugar es muy tranquilo y silencioso.

Buona soluzione senza spendere troppo ad Oviedo. Comodo parcheggio e centro raggiungibile in mezz'ora di camminata. Camere di dimensioni nella norma e comodo il bagno. Pulizia ok. Non è presente la TV, ma non è stato un problema. Il personale è stato molto disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza.
