“Die zwei Damen die sich hier kümmern sind ganz aufmerksam und nett. Wir haben Parkplätze im Innenhof gehabt, aber auch direkt vor dem Haus auf der Straße sind genug Parkplätze. Alle Häuser waren sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Alle haben Balkon. Das Bad ist tip,top, sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück bietet alles. Wenn man Z,b andere Eier möchte etc sind sie total entgegenkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Very disappointed. Staff were very rude and acted annoyed with us during check in. We had reserved a room with two beds and they put us in a room with only one bed. The WiFi at the hotel only worked on the first floor and not in the rooms. I had to go to the lobby to be able to text. The bar by the lobby was full and loud all night and the lobby was filled with drunk men, mostly local people and not guests of the hotel. “Front desk and housekeeping services were spotless. Reception always kind and smiley, which is appreciated and rare in Romania, in general. Indoor pool and spa areas were really good as well.
