Really neat glamping option in the Bozeman area for those who are up for it! They thought of everything you could need, beautiful location along a tranquil creek. On the second night of our stay, the power went out, and the resort graciously agreed to give us a refund and alllowed us to cancel even though it had been no free cancellation originally, which we really appreciated traveling with three little kids.

The intent of this motel conversion to a hip boutique hotel was 100% but the long term execution is not sustainable. A few misses in the room: 1) the motel-style air conditioner hasn’t been cleaned in ages, making it inefficient so I had to pull the housing off and clean the thermostat wire, plus get rid of years worth of coagulated dust, 2) the dark green paint the room is decorated in is not conducive for a hotel room - one bump and there is a white scratch- several were visible from when they hung the tv, 3) the dark walls and low lighting is just ridiculous; clearly a decorator designed these rooms with the color scheme and various accoutrements and not a hotel room expert - there is nowhere sensible to hang clothes and not enough effective hooks in the bathroom and 4) the bed linens and pillows are not in keeping with “boutique” - at least provide two down pillows. Overall, the location is good and the amenities acceptable. This is for a summer stay only.
