O hotel está bem localizado, a paisagem é espetacular, porém as instalações necessitam de uma manutenção rigorosa, revisão na decoração e alternativas de conforto para os hóspedes. Em benefício da pousada, é preciso salientar que os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos e simpáticos.

Razoavel! Funcionarios da recepção muito educados e atenciosos, e as da cozinha também. Nao tem serviço de arrumar os quartos, o café da manhã, precisamos ir na cozinha para avisar que acabou itens do café.

a unica coisa boa foi o chuveiro e o atendimento dos funcionários . Quarto péssimo , sem nenhum conforto . Falta tudo : água quente no lavatório , espelho grande , lugar para colocar malas , cabides , iluminaçao clara , porta agarrando , café muito fraco , enfim , nao aconsslho a ninguem se hospedar lá . A nao ser o dono da pousada para que veja a situaçao do imóvel !!!!!!

As funcionárias são muito simpáticas. E o café da manhã é muito bom. Mas as instalações da pousada são muito precárias. Falta de manutenção terrível. Os lençóis estão rasgados. As toalhas são pequenas demais e manchadas.

Pousada antiga, quartos pequenos com aparência de sujos, pelos pisos e tinturas antigos. Camas barulhentas. Café fraco com reposição lenta. A descarga no banheiro não funcionava. A torneira da pia saía tanta água que molhava nossa roupa e todo o banheiro. Azulejos amarelos que aparentava banheiro sujo. 9 O valor da diária não condiz com o que oferece.

Custo-benefício ruim

Banheiro com mofo. Colocaram-me no pior quarto, de frente para a piscina, apesar de eu ter chegado quando a pousada estava praticamente vazia. Todo barulho do salão de jogos chega até os quartos e na área da piscina a situação é pior. Pelo preço, era possível um serviço bem melhor. Estacionamento com buraco na entrada, não cabem todos os carros de hóspedes. Não há ventilador nem ar condicionado. Não há privacidade no quarto em frente à piscina.

A estadia na pousada foi em geral agradável, o cafe da manhã foi um dos destaques positivos. A area de lazer é boa. A piscina é limpa. O chuveiro é sistema a gas. Precisa de melhoria na limpeza dos móveis, exemplo: sofa dos quartos. No mais foi muito bom.

Estadia foi boa. Já tinha hospedado em 2017 e agora devido a pandemia a qualidade da acomodação caiu um pouco, más nada que possa negativar a pousada. Café da manhã muito bom.
