Atendimento péssimo, frigobar vazio , era necessário buscar a água no restaurante que funcionava somente até as 22, e o pagamento tinha que ser feito na hora . O estacionamento é muito pequeno e tive que deixar meu carro na rua. O dia que consegui deixar no estacionamento fui acordado as 5:30 da manhã para tirar o carro para que outros pudessem sair. Em resumo um desastre . Nunca mais voltarei.

Minas Platinum precisa de atenção!

O hotel é muito bom e confortável, já fiquei outras vezes, desta achei que precisa de um pouco de atenção com os detalhes, o sistema de desligamento de energia do quarto não estava funcionando, não consegui abrir a janela do banheiro para ventilar o vapor do banho, havia uma mancha preta no teto provavelmente de vazamento da privada do banheiro de cima, o chuveiro estava com cano solto da parede (sem atrapalhar o banho mas não permitia direcionar o jato de água). O estacionamento é muito pequeno, não suporta todo os veículos obrigando o manobrista colocar os carros na rua pela manhã (aqueles que conseguiram vaga). Fiquei no apto 330.

Um hotel muito bom, com boas instalações e a hospedagem muito boa. Alguns pontos a observar: 1. Muito perto da rodovia (BR-040) poderia ter um tratamento de isolamento acústico melhor nos quartos. Por vezes ouve-se os carros passando na Rodovia. 2. No chuveiro havia um dispenser de sabonete líquido e outro de shampoo, mas sem nenhuma referência de qual era qual. Além disso, acho inconveniente (opinião minha) o banho só com sabonete líquido. Senti a falta de uma sabonete em barra.

Hotel confortável, silencioso, porém não abastece o frigobar( nem com água). Chegamos por volta das 22h00, e o hotel não tinha bebidas para fornecer( o atendente do check- in nos sugeriu pedir por delivery). Nossa sorte foi ter levado água. Acho que o hotel deveria ter bebidas e snacks disponibilizados para compra 24 hs por dia. Café da manhã farto e saboroso.

O lugar é bom e limpo, tamanho do quarto e do banheiro razoaveis, porem nao colocam sequer agua no frigobar, ao tentar pedir algo pra jantar no proprio hotel, voce liga no ramal que te indicaram e nao atendem, a pessoa que esta por conta disso sai pra fazer entregas em todo o hotel, no cafe da manha voce espera por um prato para servir mais de 10 minutos, e nao demora a aparecer alguem pra te ajudar, tirando isso o cafe e bem farto, com muitas opcões.
